Can't decide how to rank these programs, both have positives and negatives. I am specifically wondering about negative of each.
Specifically:
Miami: I am concerned about the regional exposure with almost 30 residents per class.
New Mexico: I am concerned with a lack of hearts and transplant (only do kidneys).
Both locations are also pretty good for various reasons.
