RDoC and NRSA??

Hi all, I am planning to submit my NRSA proposal to NIMH this december and I am wondering if the new RDoC standards will be heavily applied to F grants. I realize that R and K grants will probably be scrutinized for adhering to this criteria, but F grants I am not as certain. I suppose no one has evidence to specifically answer my question because the RDoC is a fairly new standard, but I was hoping to gather thoughts/predictions.
