I had a question about the NBME practice exams. Well, I guess a couple, but whatever. Do they randomize the questions like they do on the actual exam? That may seem rather odd, but I only ask that because this is my real question: I just finished the first section of Form I, and I was wondering if I should expect the same level of detail/difficulty through the whole thing. I wasn't sure if I just got lucky, but I found the exam rather doable...I would finish the whole thing now, but LOST season finally is on. Don't hate me for it, it's a guilty pleasure!

Good luck studying, all!

For some reason I think that the tests are not randomized. They have fixed questions. I have heard (and personally thought) that form 1 was easier than form 2. But either way it doesnt matter. If form 1 is easier, it will have a higher average, so you'll have to do better to get than same score than on a harder test.
