I recently discovered datQvault on SDN. I just purchased Qvault's reading comp. subscription and got a 21 on the first full test. I haven't scored any where close to that high on DAT achiever. I also used a method that I have not been successful with on achiever: Search and Destroy. (It is virtually impossible to do well with S&D on achiever)

Which is more realistic, datQvault or achiever for RC on the DAT?

While I believe DATQvault is a little too easy for reading comp (I got 2 points higher on QVault than the real test), Achiever is WAY too hard. You will likely be able to use S&D on the real DAT...I know I was able to. My only caution would be that if you get a passage that is like 22 paragraphs but only a couple sentences each paragraph not to use S&D for that particular passage. I would just read that all the way through as I wasted a lot of time on my passage that was many short paragraphs.
