2 Years of research with no publications

300 Hours volunteering at a homeless shelter

100 Hours shadowing

1 Year working as a ER scribe.


Am I just going to be lost in the shuffle?

What schools would be interested in me?

I was in a similar position as you with an identical GPA and experiences I thought were pretty bland. Applying to state schools and schools whose mission match your interests are your best bet.

The IS private schools will still consider you before similar candidates from elsewhere, though.
