I don't think it is worth retaking the MCAT, especially if the schools did not address your MCAT score as being a weakness. If you're set on reapplying this June, I think your best option is to work on your clinical experience as much as possible before your primary and make it clear that you'll continue these activities throughout the year. You can also send updates with your new (and hopefully good) grades and activities if the schools you apply to take them.
