Essentially the doctor I interned for sent a recommendation in to interfolio and didn't sign it, she doesn't know what computer the original document is on and can't find it, so she's not sure how she could get the document and reupload it. Could she just got on her interfolio account, download it from there, sign it, and reupload it? What is the solution?

I appreciate any help and advice anyone can provide :)

So I've never used interfolio before, so I'm not quite sure. But aren't you the one with the account, and you can store the letters and send them out to whoever? So now that she uploaded the letter, can't you just send it back to her, the same way you would send the letter to AMCAS? That way she could download it, sign it, and resend it to interfolio?

Once again, please try to utilize the 2014-2015 application threads for all your questions:

Ask her to contact interfolio. They should be able to email it back to her.
