recommendations for ECs?

When I apply I project my ECs to be: x amount of hours hospital/clinical volunteering, x amount of hours non-clinical volunteering, x amount of shadowing, various non-medically related part time jobs.

I am a humanities major and getting research experience seems unlikely at this point. Is there anything else I should be doing?

Agree with the above. My lack of research never came up. My leadership came up everytime
