Hey guys - just started CA-1 year and am loving it. Would like to know if you guys had any recommendations for landmark anesthesia journal articles that you think would be helpful in learning foundations of anesthesia practice. Thanks!

Landmark anesthesia articles??? You ought to just read baby Miller... and maybe sign up for a board review site like m5 to start preparing for the BASIC exam (that's what I did). Articles are theoretically great but trudging through statistics is low yield when compared to powering through basic info via Miller.

(Directed) reading of M&M, + Faust's + a question bank should get you through the test. The key is to get a couple sources down rather than a little bit from a bunch. I'd recommend True Learn for a question bank
