Quick Q:
When interviewing for an ophthalmology residency, would you suggest bringing copies of manuscripts/papers with you? I unfortunately don't have impressive publications however have some that are submitted/re-submitted. Am I going to look less impressive if others are bringing print-outs of their publications? Just wanted to get an idea of how much I need to up my game lol if interviewers are often handed off copies of applicants publications.
