Residency in scondenavian country for a non EU graduate/ non EU resident

I am a med school student from morroco (it's my last year, i have to do a one year internship to get my degree) and i was thinking about doing my residency in sweden or Denmark. So i would appreciate any type of information (language, tests ....) that would help me reach my goal.
