Quick question. If I wanted to apply for fellowship in PA (from a acgme residency) but have no plans on staying in PA after... would I still need to do resolution 42 or would the fellowship licence be sufficient?
No. Pennsylvania issues training licenses to those in residency/fellowship ... so you don't need an AOA intern year (or Res 42 of your acgme intern year) for the training licenses
but you won't be able to get the unrestricted license, so if you won't be able to moonlight (in PA at least)
