Retake with a C+ or take upper level classes?

Hi everyone! First post so let me know if I'm doing this incorrectly!
I have 2 C+s on my transcripts (Physics 1 and Orgo 2) and I was wondering if you guys think it's better to retake the classes (I'm taking a gap year) or take upper division classes instead. If I took upper division, would a class like endocrinology or molecular bio be ok, or would it be better to do it in orgo/physics. Thanks so much for your help!

Other stats (if it makes a difference): MCAT: 514, GPA: 3.65, sGPA: 3.45

Take upper division courses and do well in them. Endo or molecular bio is good. Also, consider classes that you would be taking as an M1 and choose upper levels based on that, as it will help you prep.
