Retaking the DAT

hey guys, I have a question, so I am trying to retake the DAT and am having a hard time registering again, it is saying that my DENTPIN already has an application and no new applications are allowed, so do I have to wait the 90 days to reapply?? I am pretty confused, if anyone can help me out that would be much appreciated! Thank you!
