Which international schools are you considering? Do you have a reason, or are you just trying to cast a wide net here? If it's the latter, you should go to a US medical school if you want to practice in this country.
 
I think best is to focus on doing well for the next two years. It's not going to be easy but I think you will be able to pull off a 3.4-3.5, maybe better depending on how many credits you have left, overall if you do well in the next two years. You will definitely also have a chance at DO, maybe some MDs, depending on your GPA/MCAT then. Just work hard, there is still hope :)

If you want to practice medicine in the US, attend a US medical school.

Right now, retake all F/D/C science coursework and aim for DO schools. Or think about acing a post-bac.

I believe that DO schools have the grade replacement policy, while MD schools do not. If you re-take the classes you got a bad grade in, that will boost your GPA up for DO schools.
