In CA can we fill a Rx for controlled substance with a statement printed on the bottom of the form stating "Prescription is void if more than one controlled substance prescription is written per blank" or Rx must have a space for the prescriber to specify the number of drugs prescribed on the blank and a statement at the bottom that the "Prescription is void if the number of drugs prescribed is not noted."

Yes it's void unless doctors write the number of rx. You don't want the patient writing in their own norcos on the blank spaces on the bottom of a multi-rx script do you?
