rxprep study strategy

Not really seeing a strategy on this forum on how best to utilize Rxprep and their quiz bank for studying. It seems the general consensus is using these two items with student doctor calculations.

However, how is it best to utilize these options. I'm doing a lot of stuff on the side and want to be efficient.

definitely more of a question. anyone with a strategy, like what to focus on, what not do, not just subjects but skills, like IV flow, dosing, guidelines, etc.?
