Saint Louis University or Brown University- MPH

Hi, I am confused between brown university MPH and Saint louis university MPH-maternal and child health position. Can someone give me any idea which one I should go for? None of them is offering any scholarship.

Hi, I am a foreign student. I wonder how to pay for the huge tuition fee for MPH. I am thinking of taking loan from bank from my own country, since US banks require cosigner. Can you guys give me some input?
