I am having some trouble finding the best way to schedule patients. We do procedures in office

We have about 15% No Show / CX / No Auth Rate

One suggestion was Procedure / NP / FU and then repeat

overbook to your no show rate. some days hectic, some days slow, but generally it works out. you will drive yourself crazy trying to do procedure then new patient, then f/u. everyone does things differently, but if you can do all your injections at one time (half a day), and all your clinic patients at another time (half a day), yo will be much more efficient.
