Do California schools such as UCLA or UCSF accept Canadian students? I know Stanford does, but is that the only one?

Last year Stanford matriculated 3 internationals; UCSF one; UCSD, UCLA, UCD and USC all zero.
Irvine and Riverside don't consider international applications at all.
Look at the acceptance tab (at the bottom) in the MSAR.
