School list/chances for 3.6 cGPA/sGPA, 35 MCAT

With the 35 MCAT and varied average ECs, chances are that you'll likely raise some eyebrows for most of the schools you're applying at. Sinai has a great MPH program, so leverage that interest there on the secondary.
Georgetown. Their MD/MPH is with Hopkins; nothing matches Bloomberg in PH, and you're right in range for Georgetown!
Outside of MPH (which idk much about), add in some PA schools for safeties if you're willing to go there. Temple, Jefferson, Drexel would give some love.
SUNY Upstate is basically a guaranteed interview with your stats and residency status.
