Hi,

I know variations on this question have been asked before but I couldn't find this specific one:

I graduated this last Fall and am now taking my last premed requirement (Bio1B) at a local cc. I wont get the grades for this class until May 23rd. Normally, I would not care about the class and send in my application before the grades are up but since it is a premed prereq, I thought it might be more important.

I can either

1) submit all my transcripts early May.
Pros: I can submit the primaries on June 1st.
Cons: I will have an unknown grade on my transcript and might have to spend time and money sending medical schools a copy of my new official transcript.

or

2) submit my transcripts May 23rd
Pros: all my grades are up to date (no red flags)
cons:I probably wont be able to get my grades "received" until mid June.

Also, this class will not effect my GPA, which is pretty good. Please let me know what you think I should do.

Thanks

Personally, I would go with option 2. Mid June is still pretty early and shouldn't put you at any disadvantage.
