Sending letters of Recmmendation

How did you guys send your letters of Rec.
I used interfolio to send the documents electronically, but most of the schools are saying they have not received them.
Should I send it by mail.

It usually takes a couple days to process from interfolio. I would check back in a 3-5 days. I used interfolio and everyone got them.
