For my Microbiology Class we are doing Serial Dilutions. Can someone help me with this chart? The total volume of each dilution in the series is 10 mL. I am asked to fill in all missing information and answer this final question: If I spread 50 mL of the final dilution on a petri-dish, how many colonies would I expect?

the chart is 5 rows with 8 columns. The (volume transferred section) is the only row completely filled out. Any help is appreciated !
