Shadowing and clinical experience

So i have over 500 hours of shadowing in my home country (i only came here in 2013), with 3000hrs of hospice and hospital volunteering. Since I have been here I have about 50hrs volunteering, 40 hours Primary Care MD shadowing (who also happens to be a professor at NYMC) and 30 Hrs DO shadowing.

As far as clincial experience goes, is this enough?

Mind you I haven't included anything else I have done eg work professionally, public speaking, debates, on campus clubs etc. but is it good enough?

Your clinical exposure is very diverse and provides great discussion points in interviews (like the comparison between two medical systems). You may need to increase your US clinical volunteering to around 100 hours or so, but your shadowing is plenty.
