Should I be worried about my future loans?

After i did the math, i am going to end up owing around 275,000 dollars in loans once I'm done with dental school. I am considering hpsp to erase that debt. Should I be worried about the loans or will my future salary be enough to handle that huge number?

with so many grants (pell grant), scholarships, need based scholarships. if you go to an instate public school, undergrad should be almost free. Maybe one subsidized loan to hold you over.
