Should I worry about this?

The idiots at the DMV misspelled my name on my drivers license by spelling my middle name "Phillip". It is actually spelled "Philip" and that is the way it is on my ticket. Also, I am a "Jr." and it does not say so on my ticket but does on all of my identification. Am I being a spaz, or is this a legit concern?

You're probably not being a spaz, but it probably isn't a huge problem. I wouldn't worry about the Jr. thing. Is it correct on your birth certificate and your SS card? I would have them handy just in case.
When I first got my DL, they got my birth date wrong! I had to bring in my birth certificate on renewal to get it corrected.
