Sociology course for the MCAT 2015?

Hello,
I've taken a sociology 0835 course on "Race, Diversity, and Immigration" last year. Do you think it will help me for the new MCAT 2015? Is there any specific sociology course that must be taken for the new MCAT or the one I took will suffice the requirement? Thanks.

I only took intro to sociology many years ago, I think you will be fine.
