In which of the following solutions will AgCl be least soluble?
A) 0.1M HCl
B) 0.15 M AgNO3
C) 0.08 M MgCl2
D) Pure Water

The correct answer is C. I believe this is because of the common ion effect, but HCl also contain Cl. Is the answer C because it contains more of the common ion? Or is it because it has a lower concentration? Thank you very much in advance.
