Some programs ask for "CV" is this a separate document to upload?

I was double checking the requirements for the programs I applied to and noticed that some say they want a "CV". They list this separate from ERAS (as in: "we require you to submit ERAS, a CV, etc"). When I first checked all my programs I didn't notice this, thinking they just meant the ERAS CV, but now I'm a little confused. Anyone know if I'm supposed to upload a separate CV on ERAS for these programs?

I planned to call some programs tomorrow but was hoping someone on here might know, in the interim.

This is the ERAS CV. Nothing else to upload. Please don't call any programs tomorrow. You'll just embarrass yourself.
