Hey guys, long time lurker, and I am truly grateful for all of the help advice shared on the network. Has gotten me through some tough times.
So taking the South Carolina MPJE soon, and came across a question I am not sure of while studying. Can a CII be e-scribed in SC if all of the criteria is met?
In practice I know this is never done, but as far as the law is concern is this accurate? According to the SC CS Act, my interpretation is that it is possible. I am not from SC and never had any SC law classes, so again really not sure? Thank you so much in advance!
