Army Standardized Letter of Evaluation (SLOE) for Army EM

Hello All

Some help with explaining how obtaining SLOEs and submitting them as part of the new MODS application for the Army match this year for 2015-2016 would be greatly appreciated.

Is the SLOE passed along to each ADT and school EM rotation and compiled into one big SLOE or do you get a separate SLOE from each rotation? If that is the case, how many SLOEs do you need?

Also can you still submit regular letter of recommendation from a non-EM attending physician?
