Yesterday I had my first interview for OT school. All the candidates there were very easy to talk to, obviously intelligent and extremely qualified. I know schools interview many candidates so how on earth do they choose when everyone is so capable? I have another interview coming up soon so I just wondered if anyone knew what schools look for that is unique in a candidate?

That's all relative to program philosophy. Make sure to learn about the program and reflect in the interview that you fit well with their program philosophy.
