hey guys I'm starting fellowship soon and was wondering on how best to approach it. Books I should have/read, how best to engage in research, etc. don't know exactly what sub field I'm interested in yet. I like the idea of interventional but don't want to take STEMI call forever. I would be ok doing gen cards (but I hear you are not as marketable in the private sector).

If you could start over, what would you do differently to better maximize your learning?

Thanks!!

Some good books to read:

Hemodynamics- Ragosta
Echo: Jai K Oh's Echo book (found all of the Otto books dry and hard to read)
Question book: Review book that goes with Braunwald

If I could start over I'd put aside 30 minutes or so a day to just read.
