Statement of need Hong Kong

Hi,

Does anyone have experience obtaining a statement of need from Hong Kong for the J1 visa. For some reason I am being directed to a number of different institutions who are all saying that they are not responsible for issuing such a document.

Any help will be appreciated.

Contact the Exchange Visitor Sponsorship Program (ECFMG) and ask them who and which department is the official person to issue the Statement of Need. The EVSP knows who it is. 215 823 2121
