States An International Dentist Can Practice with BDS

Hi! my name is Osahon and am in my Penultimate Year in Dental school! I wish to practice in the United States or Canada with my BDS! Is there anyway I can Practice without doing the 2years IDP?? Thanks

Canada doesn't require the 2 year IDP. You can write the licensing exams directly.

Yes.
The 2 year IDP programs exist in schools but they aren't mandatory. The floodgates have been opened since 2011.

The process includes three exams, two of each are practical. They cost about 10K and only about 9% of candidates pass from the first try. You can try 3 times
