Step 2 CS swap

Hi. I really need to swap my Step 2 CS date for a date in December. Right now I have a date in January 2013 and it will be too late for the match. Also too late for my school's requirement. I did not have the finances to pay for it and this is just what ended up happening. If you can help I would really appreciate it. I prefer LA but will take any location in mid Nov to December. I am willing to pay $. Thanks.
