Was curious as to the strategy people use when given a study or experimental passage which then gives a table of data then more text regarding a followup study. Do you first interpret the results of the table then continue reading on or do you finish all the text then go back and look at the data? Or do you just read the text and then answer questions and when it comes to asking you something relating the data you go read up on the data? Which strategy do you find most effective?

It sounds cliche but really you are the only person who can answer this for yourself. The way to come to this answer is to be willing to experiment with every different approach and technique possible and see what provides the most success for you.
