Study Psychiatry in (Central) or East- Europe?

Hello there,

I am an 23 yo Belgian Citizen who is interested in doing his Degree for Psychiatry in Central or Eastern Europe. For me the cost is more important than the quality. The foremost importance is that the degree will be accepted in EU countries. Any experiences of psychiaters?
