Study Schedule with 7 Kaplan books

Hello all,

I just bought the 7 Kaplan books for the 2015 MCAT.

I plan on taking the MCAT in January and I want to spend the next month studying all day before school starts.

Are there schedules/routines that are effective? If so, can you please link them.

In addition, are there other resources that I should use for studying for the MCAT. I heard of test banks, quizzes, but I dont have a clue about other resources.

Any information that will help is appreciated and rock on guys.
