What is considered to be "enough" time to prepare to take the MCAT? I'm going to attempt to study for the MCAT in addition to still taking my courses. I'm thinking at least 3-4 months is adequate time to prepare. Any thoughts?

That is sort of "the standard" time frame. Any more is excessive and any less is challenging.

I've given myself a 3 month timeframe to get ready for the mcat, but I really am only able to put in about 30hrs/week of studying with my research job. I thought this was plenty but it seems like I'm outgunned by most people...should I be concerned?
