Sudanese M3 here, What beneficial 4 week clinical experience/work can I do in the US?

Hello there !
I'm a 3rd year med student studying in Sudan. When I graduate , I will do my Step 1 and 2 exams and apply for residency in the States. I am American Sudanese and regularly go to the US.

I was wondering if there was any intense clinical experience that I could do between the months of July and Sept. ,that is no more than 4 weeks long. I haven't found anyone suitable I could ask, so I decided to post here . I don't usually do forums cause no one answers me lol.

But, please if you have information, don't hesitate. This is urgent.
