[surgeon diving]

I need advise
I am international graduate,consultant of surgery and had my Ph.D from 13 year
I dont have western qualification or expirence
I want to work in Australia
But befor applying to AMC
I want to join the training system to get aquainted and help me in my registeration
How can i do this?
