Surgical glasses

Any surgeons or surgeons to be out there who can give me suggestions on good surgical glasses? Something fairly stylish that doesn't fog and can be used for everything from repairing lacs in the ER to major suregry in a Hep C positive patient. I simply hate the face shields in the OR and most of the cheaper galsses fog up or get scratched too easily. The gargoyles classics look effective but dorky. Any advice.
