Syntax for EDI-3?

I am working on a psychometrics paper, and I am on the hunt for the syntax for the Eating Disorder Inventory-3. Any leads out there would be so greatly appreciated!

I'd hypothesize you're going to need to pay for it (if the syntax exists).
