This has been such a torment, waiting for these scores. It has seriously made every aspect of my life miserable. I'm grumpy, anxious, irritable, and discontented. I hate to find out how I'll feel if I have to take it again.

The wait to hear back from schools for secondary applications, and then again for interview invitations, and then again for status (acceptance, rejection), and then again if you are waitlisted is going to be equally difficult. I know exactly what you guys are going through. This is turning out to be a helluva loooong week. And what do they mean, "on or around June 7?" If my score isn't there on 6/7, I'm going to cry.

Oh, this waiting game is the worst...best of luck to all of you guys. Just think, this time next week, we'll all be celebrating our 40s. :wink:

for current applicants, i suggest viewing your amcas 2003 application under the "test scores" section to see if your score is online prior to paying $15 to get your score.

I would suggest that June 7th be viewed as a day to gather up your senses and try to see the big picture. Your scores are important, but enjoying your life is paramount. Wouldn't it be healthier to wait until June 8th?

The MCAT does mean a lot, and because it means so much, it's perfectly ok to be anxious and nervous about it... and to want to know as soon as possible how we did. I think ~you~ might be taking this too seriously... we're not sick... we're all mature enough to know that there is more to life than the MCAT (really I don't think anyone here needs to be reminded of that) we just happen to want to know how we did on one of the most important examinations we will ever take

I wish someone could explain to me why they are charging you to see your own scores. I mean, given the fact that they told us last year online through the AMCAS application for free, how much could this really cost them to do?

so last time, they allowed us to check the scores online via the AMCAS application. does this newly availabe "$15 ripoff to see our own score" mean that we won't be able to check it thru amcas any longer?
