Can anyone here comment on TA positions in MOT programs?
I know in the program I'll be starting 2nd year students can work as TAs within the OT department. Like many other students, I would love to get this job mainly for financial reasons but also for the experience.
Are the positions super competitive? Is financial need taken in consideration when choosing students? When is it appropriate to let professors and current TAs know of my interest? What was your experience as a TA like?
