Quick question

Do I need to have all my prereqs done with final grades up when applying or can I take them senior year after I apply? Example, I'll have all the prereqs done besides inorganic chemistry when I apply next summer, but is this a problem? Do I need to take it before I apply?

Depends on the school. But, generally speaking, they are fine with it as long as you complete all prereqs before matriculation.

That being said, wouldn't you be taking gen chem before the mcat?

I've taken Gen Chem, Orgo I/II/lab, and I'll definitely have all of my prereqs done (besides inorganic) when I apply next summer. I was going to take inorganic this summer, but I'd rather wait on it if I can, and your advice indicates I probably can, so thanks!

I think there are some schools that require all prereqs to be taken before applying... I don't have the list of schools on me though (it is a small list anyway so you should be fine)
