TAP block billing

Saw these new codes from my biller for tap blocks. Is this just postoperative? I currently bill 76942 and 64425.

I've been using 64421 and 6942...

new codes for 2015. imaging bundled into the procedure specifically for TAP block, including rectus sheath. cannot bill 76942 with it

can still bill it with ilioinguinal, iliohypogastric, genfem which are essentially the same procedure done at different places
