Its a management internship. They give you 40 hours a week for something like 10 week's and the role is focused on pharmacy management training. Your do a mix of tech work and management responsibilities e.g. attend the weekly management meetings, push metrics, get involved in hiring process. They usually have you do a project during the summer too. After the 10 weeks they might offer you a casual position during the school year and a second summer internship. It's a neat experience and better than your traditional "intern" positions where you're just a tech with an intern license.
